We offer exchanges/refunds up to 5 days after you have received the item.
Should you wish to exchange or return a product, please send us an email on email@example.com
Items that are not eligible for a refund:
- Decor items
- If you have changed your mind about the item
- If the item was not delivered on time
- If the item has been damaged in your possession
- Sale items
Refunds will be done at a cost of R85.
A refund for your item/s minus the R85 fee will be issued to you once we receive the item/s and it is found to be in its original condition after inspection.
We will happily assist with an exchange if:
1. The size does not fit and we have the correct size in stock. If not, you can choose something else or take a voucher that can be used at a later stage.
Exchanges will be done at a fee of R50. This is to partially cover the cost of picking up the item/items and the courier fee for the new item/s as well as admin.
We do not do cancelations to orders once they have been dispatched.
If your order is delayed or has not arrived on time, we will not be held responsible and a refund/exchange will not be given.
Items can only be exchanged or returned if they are unworn.
