We offer exchanges/refunds up to 5 days after you have received the item.
Should you wish to exchange or return a product, please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org
Items that are not eligible for a refund:
- Decor items
- If you have changed your mind about the item
- If the item was not delivered on time
- If the item has been damaged in your possession
- Sale items
Refunds/Returns will be done at a cost of R99.
A refund for your item/s minus the R99 fee will be issued to you once we receive the item/s and it is found to be in its original condition after inspection.
Please note: we will only refund the amount paid for the item/s and not the amount including the courier fee. However, if there is a factory defect, we will refund the courier fee to you.
A fee of R120 is charged for exchanges. This is to pickup the item from you and have it returned to us, as well as to courier the new item/s to you.
Due to hygiene restrictions, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on swimwear. Should you wish to purchase any of our swimwear and are uncertain about the size/fit , please contact us on email@example.com and one of our team members will gladly assist you.
Cancelations of orders:
We do not do cancelations to orders once they have been dispatched.
If your order is delayed or has not arrived on time, we will not be held responsible and a refund/exchange will not be given.
Items can only be exchanged or returned if they are unworn.
